The customer is a leading global pharmaceutical company that is represented on all continents. The company uses the IBM FileNet system for archiving relevant documents. In addition, a Centera storage system is in use, which is to be used for archiving in the future.

Challenge

The customer requires assistance with administration, support and advice on archiving issues. A wide range of documentation, including GxP-relevant documentation, is to be created for the system. The connected scanning stations are also to be administered. The migration of the system is to be prepared and carried out.

Results
